April 2011 - True West Magazine Audrey Kalivoda, Documentarian - Born in north central Kansas, Audrey Kalivoda moved to Nashville, Tennessee, and opened a photography studio. Her first documentary was on Texas's Palo Duro Canyon, followed by Arikaree Breaks in northwest Kansas, Nashville and her most recent project, Kansas: The Center of It All. Audrey lives outside of Nashville, but she finds herself spending more and more of her time in the West!

According to George McCune, Marshall County Economic Development Director an agreement with Mesquite 90 Productions in Fairview, Tennessee has been approved. Cattle getting fat in rolling, grass-blanketed pastures, and small, quaint towns loaded with local art and folks eager to please recapture the eye and heart of this photographer and videographer from Nashville, Tenn. "We just don't realize what our great state has to offer," said Kalivoda, 55.
